My New Years Resolutions

Dear Friends,

Happy New Year! Two of my New Year's resolutions are to be in touch with you more often and to make available tools and resources that will help you make an impact with your life -- something I believe we all want to do.

There has been a significant gap since my last newsletter, but I have been working very hard on a new book called Impact: Great Leadership Changes Everything. We have also designed some new resources in connection with the new book which I believe you will find to be great tools for personal development.

One of my favorite ideas from the new book: "Management is positional, leadership is personal." I'll unpack this idea next week.
